What to knowTrijicon built the RCR on the RMR footprint: it goes straight onto a slide cut for the RMR, held by capstan screws that come with the optic and are tightened against the torque card in the box. Plates are another matter: plate makers sell RCR-specific versions of their RMR plates, so buy the RCR one.
