Nothing in this database bridges the Ruger RXM optic cut interface to the Holosun 509T pattern. Its own world. Almost always mounted on a dedicated 509T plate; steel plates are the common recommendation. A custom plate or a re-mill would be the only route — check with a plate maker before assuming it can't be done.

How this slide mounts an opticThe RXM uses its own cut with adapter plates rather than the GLOCK MOS pocket, despite the gun's broad GLOCK parts compatibility. Plate coverage is now good across RMR, K/RMSc, DPP and ACRO. The factory iron sights sit high enough that tall optics foul them: Steiner MPS and K-series and low-deck DeltaPoint variants clear, while RMRs and SROs generally do not, and 507C and ACRO fits are marginal. Shops offer a 'MOS+' re-mill that converts it to MOS-compatible plates, at the cost of the factory irons.
