About this opticEnclosed emitter with the full-size EPS lens, on the RMSc footprint rather than the Holosun K footprint the rest of the EPS family uses. It won't mount like an EPS Carry on a K-only cut.

All 15 Shield RMSc optics

Sight co-witnessDepends on your front sight height, which can vary by SKU and production run within one model. Standard-height irons: no co-witness. Suppressor-height irons: low in the window at best, since enclosed emitters sit tall. Mounted directly, the optic sits as low as the cut allows, but an enclosed housing gives most of that height back. That's the typical case for this kind of optic, not a guarantee: pistols don't standardize sight and optic heights the way rifles do.

Shield RMSc footprintThe most common cut on carry-size pistols. Whether a Holosun K optic goes straight on depends on the slide, not the footprint: a K optic has recesses for the two front lugs only, so it drops onto an RMSc cut with no rear lugs, but a cut that has all four (the original GLOCK Slimline MOS) needs a plate. Each pistol's page says which it is.
