How this slide mounts an opticThe Optics Ready slide takes a plate under the optic. CZ's manual recommends Loctite 243 on the plate screws and 1.3 Nm (11.5 in-lb), and says to mount the optic by its maker's instructions. CZ Parts, an independent retailer of CZ parts, lists the plates by footprint and names optics under a "standard" heading for each (the Trijicon RMR, Docter, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, Shield RMSc, Holosun K-series), so every optic on a footprint is offered the plate. CZ's manual does not say which plate, if any, comes with the pistol: the optic is not included. For use with a suppressor CZ recommends an optic of no more than 35 g on the OR interface.

Heights are front / rear in inches, as each sight maker measures its own sights. That's not a deck height, and it doesn't compare across makers to the thousandth. Absolute puts the front sight level with the dot; lower 1/3 and lower 1/5 sit it lower in the window. A sight maker sells a handful of fixed heights, so optics of similar height share one set: the same figures under two optics are the maker's chart saying so, not a copy.
