Same slide cutThe CZ Shadow 2 Optics Ready shares this slide's optic cut
(CZ Shadow 2 OR plate system), so the optics, plates and screws below are the same for
both. What differs between the models is under "On this model", where there is anything.
How this slide mounts an opticCZ's Shadow 2 OR and Compact models need an adapter plate between the slide cut and the optic; the Shadow 2 Carry does not. CZ's manual lists a collimator sight plate and its two screws among the pistol's parts, as a part that differs by version, and says the optic is not included: it does not say which plate, if any, comes with the pistol, or give a torque. CZ Parts, an independent retailer of CZ parts, lists the plates below for the Shadow 2, Shadow 2 OR, Orange OR and Compact, each under a "standard" heading for its footprint, so every optic on a footprint is offered its plate. Competition-oriented: steel plates are common because of the round counts these guns see. Source: CZ Parts (an independent retailer), Optics Ready plates and red dot mounts compatibility guide ↗.
