What red dots fit the GLOCK 43X / 48 Rail MOS?
Page last updated . Data compiled September 2026 by Andrew Terrebonne.
31 of the 77 optics tracked here mount to this slide, and 15 of those need no adapter plate. This slide uses GLOCK Slimline MOS (43X / 48).

New to red dots? What footprint, plate, co-witness and the rest mean
Screw thread trapGLOCK says the standard Slimline MOS cut takes M4 screws; SIG's ROMEOZero-ELITE manual gives them as M4 × 0.7 for the 43X MOS. Source: GLOCK, Optic Ready System page (Slimline MOS cut) ↗; SIG Sauer, ROMEOZero-ELITE operator's manual (REV00) ↗.
Cheapest ways to mount it
Same slide cutThe GLOCK 43X MOS and GLOCK 48 MOS share this slide's optic cut
(GLOCK Slimline MOS (43X / 48)), so the optics, plates and screws below are the same for
all of them. What differs between the models is under "On this model", where there is anything.
How this slide mounts an opticMilled for the RMSc pattern: four recoil bosses, two at the front of the cut and two at the rear, and M4 screws. GLOCK's own page says the standard cut fits the Shield RMSc footprint, and that no adapter plates come with these pistols. An RMSc-pattern optic bolts straight on. A Holosun K optic does not: its underside is cut for two bosses, so on this four-boss cut it needs a plate. GLOCK's later MOS-K slide takes either a Holosun K or an RMSc-pattern optic with no plate; the item number on the box ends in MOSK rather than MOS. On this modelGLOCK's own G43X MOS and G48 MOS pages already describe the Slim Mounting Rail, so this is the same slide as the 43X MOS and 48 MOS: the standard Slimline MOS cut, with no adapter plates.

|---|---|---|---|
| V4 MIL/LEO 43X / 48 MOS → Holosun 407K / 507KC&H lists it for the 407K and 507K, and for the G43X MOS and G48 MOS. Plate-to-slide screws (M4 x 10.5 mm) come with it; the optic's own screws are not in the listing. | Holosun K | C&H Precision ↗ | $25–60 |
| V4 MIL/LEO 43X / 48 MOS → Holosun EPS / EPS Carry / SCS CarryA separate plate from C&H's 407K / 507K one. C&H's list names the EPS and EPS Carry, and its title adds the SCS Carry. Plate-to-slide screws (M4 x 10 mm) come with it. | Holosun K | C&H Precision ↗ | $25–60 |
| RMRcc mount plate for GLOCK 43X / 48 MOS (AC32126)Trijicon's own plate, for the RMRcc. Trijicon says it is not compatible with the new Glock 48 MOS Gen 6. Its page lists two screws and a hex key with it. | Trijicon RMRcc | Trijicon ↗ | $60–95 |
| V4 MIL/LEO 43X / 48 MOS → Trijicon RMRccC&H lists it for the G43X, G43X MOS and G48 MOS, and for the Trijicon RMRcc only. Plate and optic screws come with it, and C&H says the RMRcc sits higher on it than other optics do and needs the sealing plate to stay waterproof. | Trijicon RMRcc | C&H Precision ↗ | $25–60 |
| V4 MIL/LEO 43X / 48 MOS → Trijicon RMR / SRO / Holosun 407C / 507C / 508TC&H lists it for the G43X, G43X MOS and G48 MOS, and for the RMR, SRO, Holosun 407C, 507C, 507Comp and 508T, its own EDC-XL and Comp, and the Olight Osight X. Plate screws (M4 x 8 mm) and a set of 4-40 optic screws for each optic come with it; its screw set names the RMR HD too. It says the sealing plate is needed to stay waterproof. | Trijicon RMR | C&H Precision ↗ | $25–60 |
| V4 MIL/LEO 43X / 48 MOS → Trijicon RMR / SRO / Holosun 407C / 507C / 508T (steel)The mild-steel version of C&H's RMR plate, listed for the same G43X, G43X MOS and G48 MOS and the same optics. M4 x 8 mm plate screws and 6-32 optic screws come with it, not the aluminium plate's 4-40 ones. | Trijicon RMR | C&H Precision ↗ | $60–95 |
