MOS Plate 02 (Trijicon RMR pattern) in the box, and the
10 mm and .45 slides with MOS Plate 06, its large-frame twin. The other factory plates are
sold separately, and aftermarket plates cover the footprints GLOCK doesn’t.

Standard and full-size frames
25.5 mm plates for 9 mm / .40 / .357 Gen4 and Gen5 MOS slides. Most MOS pistols now ship with plate 02 only; the rest are ordered separately.
GLOCK Gen6 ORSReplaces MOS on Gen6. Polymer spacer plates screw the optic directly into the slide, so the optic sits lower and there is no metal plate to work loose. Early field reports include optics rotating on the polymer without visible witness-mark movement — check zero often and re-torque on a schedule.
The slim GLOCKs — 43X and 48No MOS plates: the slide is cut for
the optic directly, and the two slim cuts are tapped for different screws. GLOCK taps the Slimline MOS slide M4 × 0.7. A Holosun K optic will bolt on, but the #6-32 screws in the Holosun box will not thread into it — you need M4. Tapped M3, not the M4 of the earlier Slimline MOS. The two slim GLOCK cuts look alike and take different screws — this is the single most common cross-threading mistake on slim GLOCKs.
